Let's talk business

• Basically you will be the cornerstone of our Sales Department. You will not only support the team but drive them forward with your energetic and proactive approach.
• You will reach out to new prospects and follow up on them.
• You open doors: through market research, you will uncover new opportunities and get our sales managers in touch with these prospects.
• You love efficiency: by using Salesforce you will support our sales managers administratively and operationally.
• You will handle the administrative follow-up during and after trade fairs. You will also have the possibility to support the sales team on trade fairs, making real-time connections.

Jouw profiel

Let's talk you

• You are a people person who is not afraid to pick up the phone and call people.
• You obtained a Professional Bachelors degree and you have an affinity with software solutions.
• You speak fluently French and English, other languages like Dutch and German are a plus.
• Microsoft Office and Excel have no secrets for you. It’s a plus if you have knowledge of Salesforce.
• If you have working experience that is nice, but we also welcome newly graduates.
• You have a drivers license.

• Administratieve of commerciële activiteiten uitvoeren in een internationale context
• Kostenramingen opstellen
  Technische en commerciële gegevens overmaken aan klanten, verkopers, ... (planning, prijs, betaling, ...)
• Klanten: Bedrijven
• Een klanten- of prospectenbestand uitwerken
